Single-layer chimneys

Single-layer stainless steel chimneys are particularly suitable for renovating existing chimney systems and can be used for flue gas evacuation from appliances burning gas, liquid, or solid fuels. These chimney liners can be used in both pressure and non-pressure systems. The versatile use of individual parts allows the realization of flue pipes, i.e., the connection between the appliance and the chimney structure.
As a suitable combination with the single-layer stainless steel system, we offer our flexible liners. These liners are ideal for chimney systems that are not perfectly straight and, therefore, where rigid single-layer liners cannot be used. This liner is characterized by excellent flexibility and high strength and resistance to mechanical damage. For these reasons, the installation of this flexible liner system is quick and easy.
If there is a need to renovate chimney systems for flue gas removal from both atmospheric and pressurized gas appliances, our FLEX system is suitable. This stainless steel system is produced in single-wall and double-wall versions for dry or wet operation. These liners can also be used as freestanding flue pipes or in HVAC systems.

Triple-layer chimneys

The triple-layer chimney system, or facade chimney, is an ideal solution for constructing new family houses, public buildings, and industrial facilities, as well as for retrofitting chimneys in all types of buildings. This type of chimney offers unique functional properties, making it suitable for all types of fuels. The triple-layer chimney system can operate in both pressure and non-pressure modes. Due to its custom design, this chimney can be tailored individually and its appearance customized to meet customer requirements. It can be installed indoors or outdoors and can also function as a vertical flue directly above the appliance. The choice of outer cladding is highly variable, manufactured according to customer demands, with options including polished or matte stainless steel or any color from the RAL palette. Other advantages include the chimney's low weight and long lifespan, thanks to the use of high-quality materials.
Stainless steel triple-layer chimneys are suitable for new family houses, public buildings, and industrial facilities. They are also ideal for retrofitting chimneys in all types of buildings and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Their universal application supports the implementation of modern heating systems that are not dependent on a single heat source.

Lightweight concrete chimneys – BLK

BLK, or lightweight concrete chimneys, are made of Liapor-concrete blocks and equipped with a stainless steel liner. This is a modular chimney system suitable for all fuel types, both for dry and wet operation, and it can also be used for pressurized operation, allowing one or more gas appliances to be connected. BLK chimneys are characterized by high resistance to chimney fires, excellent thermal properties (high thermal resistance), and easy and time-efficient installation. The BLK Profi version additionally offers the advantage of air intake to the appliance directly through the chimney and a minimal required distance from combustible structures of only 20 mm.
The BLK system can also be supplied in two- or three-flue versions. These variants are suitable, for example, in buildings with multiple households or in households with multiple appliances.

Pressurized systems

Pressurized chimney systems are designed for flue gas evacuation from pressurized appliances, i.e., appliances that operate at a higher pressure than atmospheric pressure. Our pressurized systems are characterized by excellent workmanship, made from high-quality stainless steel that ensures high resistance to corrosion, heat, and mechanical stress. These systems are equipped with silicone seals in the pipe joints to ensure maximum chimney tightness, optimizing the appliance's efficiency and performance.
Pressurized systems can be supplied in various versions, including rigid liners or flexible FLEX liners (single-wall/double-wall) for relining existing chimney systems. They are also manufactured as multi-layer systems with thermal insulation, or with centering collars that define the space between the inner liner and the outer shell, which serves to supply combustion air to the appliance. They can also be supplied as a BLK system.
